Robust Air-Filled Fenders for Commercial Crafts

Our HDF fenders are designed for strength and durability, perfect for commercial vessels. Made in one piece with extra-reinforced rope holds, these fenders are roto-molded from robust, 8/12 mm thick semi-soft thermoplastic material.

Mooring Buoys

Versatile and Durable Mooring Buoys

Our mooring buoys, made from soft inflatable PVC, are available with either a short mooring rod (CCE type) or a long mooring rod (CCD type). Fully assembled at the factory, these buoys require only proper inflation before use.

Robust Construction

Each mooring rod includes a swivel at the lower end, with all parts hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability. The upper part and grip ring are coated with a dark blue plastic material for added protection.

Lightweight and High Buoyancy

PVC buoys are lightweight, easy to handle, and provide high buoyancy, making them ideal for various marine applications.

Important Usage Note

Use the swivel below the waterline for mooring. The upper grip ring is for handling purposes only. Ensure all moorings are inspected for wear and tear at least twice a year.

Durable Blow Molded Utility Fenders

POLYFORM® G-fenders are crafted from marine-grade vinyl through blow molding, making them lightweight yet robust. Reinforcing ribs along the fender body enhance strength and abrasion resistance. HL - Series

Robust and Reliable Construction

Featuring distinctive blue, rib-reinforced rope holds made through high-pressure injection molding, these fenders ensure superior breaking strength. They are rigorously tested for strength and flexibility in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +50°C. With high abrasive resistance and energy absorption (up to 3.8 ton meters for the F-13), these fenders are suitable for ships up to 1500 tons d/w (F-13).
